A dark workbench with project cards, tools, cables, and violet thread connecting active work artifacts.

Projects are the larger things I am building and testing.

They are where ideas become working systems: publishing tools, operating loops, review habits, and the infrastructure around them.

A project should answer three questions quickly:

  • What is being built?
  • Why does it matter?
  • What has changed because it exists?

The projects below are not a portfolio wall. They are active proof of how the work is taking shape.

How Projects Fit

Articles explain ideas and lessons. Workflows show the structured processes agents use for recurring work. Skills capture small reusable methods. The Knowledge Base keeps short references easy to find.

Projects give those pieces a larger frame: the visible effort, the current proof, and the next useful direction.
